Hi, i would like to know, what is happened with my parcel – ri626054325cn.

2016-01-21 20:26:39.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 received
2016-01-21 22:24:18.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 customs scan
2016-01-22 09:39:02.0 leaving 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 ，next station 佛山
2016-01-22 12:53:42.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-01-22 14:29:52.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-01-23 11:42:39.0 Guangzhou Airport safety check rejected
2016-01-23 21:33:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-01-23 21:54:22.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

Today is 3rd February, last update of package was 23rd January, it is 11 days now, but nothing changed in package status... Should I contact the seller or open dispute?

if the parcel tracking result shows the word "reject", its possibility of non-arriving is very high. So if I were you, i will open dispute.
