i shipped 2 items to indonesia with EMS and SAL AIR service, but both of it have problem

for EMS EA127828323CN, as you can see, 5 days until now the item is not moving, the last status always

Origin Country - Tracking Consuming: 643 ms
2017-08-17 19:38 Huizhou city, leave sent to Guangzhou, Huizhou City (transit)
2017-08-17 17:18 Huizhou city, postal courier logistics companies fall, Huiyang district, Huizhou city, long range Rover vote has been received (the embrace cast member name: Gao Weibo, Tel: 13928399651)

usually EMS takes only 3-4 days for reach the country...

and now for SAL service CP323046170CN
the status always "Item is not found at this moment, If necessary, please verify with the package sender and check back later."

it was shipped 3 weeks ago -_-

Are you sure you shipped the parcels by yourself? EA127828323CN was actually shipped on Aug 17 not 3 weeks ago.

CP323046170CN is an invalid number. China Post has never received this parcel. It is fake.

the one that shipped 3 weeks ago is SAL AIR CP323046170CN not EMS EA127828323CN

also CP323046170CN is not fake, i have the copy of the reciept from post office
