Hello, I bought two items via Aliexpress on December 2nd. According to tracking information they were handed to China Post Airline on December 16th, but there hasn't been any further notice about my package since then. They keep showing the "Airline Shipment" message. Packages do not normally take more than a month to arrive in Colombia from China, what happened to these two? They have been showing the same message in the tracking info for a month now. Why are they taking so long if they have already been handed to the airline?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels were sent to airline in Mid December.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting 5 to 10 days in airline warehouse waiting flight space and another 1 to 4 weeks import customs processing in destination country(speed depending on country). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 2 to 8 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, Colombia Post(4-72) will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

So you no need do anything, just wait some more time.
