My parcel Hasn't changed since the 26/03/2019, With the last entry being,

2019-03-26 18:09
Leave the "Guangzhou Swap Bureau" and the next Stop "WZDM" (via Turn)

Can anyone please tell me what this means? Would this mean its finally on it way out of Guangzhou

RV839063224CN has some problem to pass safety scan. What is the item inside?

and i cant get hold of the company i bought it from. emails keep getting returned because there mailbox is full

I suggest you wait another 2 to 3 weeks. If you can not get it by April 20, open dispute for lost parcel refund.
