I bought from Ali express and got an email that someone signed for my package. But that's not true because our office is closed saturday.

When I used the tracking number, it says:

Timing Site Status
2014-11-01 11:17:00 Posting
2014-11-01 21:35:00 BTYY Despatch from Sorting Center
2014-11-02 09:15:00 SHENZHEN Arrival at Sorting Center
2014-11-02 09:16:00 SHENZHEN Despatch from Sorting Center

What does posting mean? It's still in transit, right?

Aliexpress thinks I received the package and signed for it. That is not true.

How do I find out where my package is?

you can ask seller for tracking number and track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, if he really shipped the goods, it will show location and status of the parcel.
