Hello, can someone at China Post please tell me what the package listed below actually cost the shipper to send?

From: Postal code 100023
To: USA, Postal code 83406

Weight: 9 kilograms
Value: 100

If you need dimensions, I can provide them later today.

I got notification of a reply, but it doesn't appear here on the forum:

"Unfortunately none can know the cost except the shipper."

There should be published standard rates. Every postal service publishes their rates. I just want to know what the rate for the package I described above would be.
