Hello, I tracked my number on this website and it says that the package is in Switzerland, but my seller says that it is still in China, because he tracked it on track-chinapost.com and that is what it says there.
Is the package really in Switzerland?
The tracking number is RI303305945CN.

RI303305945CN arrived Switzerland on Feb 5 and is on the way to Macedonia. It might take about 2 to 4 weeks to reach your country from Switzerland.

I'm sorry, I wrote wrong, my seller tracked it on 17**.net and it says that it is still in China, either they don't update the tracking or this is wrong, because often orders from China arrive in Czech Republic, Prague, then to Macedonia. Am I right?

parcel from china to Macedonia might transit through different countries, Germany,Czech, Austria,Switzerland etc.The route is changing everyday.

Please, can you tell me what happened with my parcel, the tracking number is RK316514514CN. I got a lot of things through your transport, but about this one the latest information is on 2015-11-06 11:43:00.0 Beijing departure.
Please, can someone check what is happened ?

RK316514514CN should be outside china now. after parcel left china, it will keep travel another 3 to 5 weeks before it arrives your country. you can not see new status during the time as none scan the parcel anymore.
