you can not change address after a parcel is shipped. You should go to China Post Shenzhen branch
红荔 sub-branch and pickup the parcel before it is returned to Europe.

normally 2 to 4 weeks. so your parcel might have already been returned.

Hello. You can send contact information (email, phone) to the post office in Hongli - Shenzhen ? I want to return the package back to Europe .
