Couple of days ago i was able to track on your website track-chinapost.com but now it says record not found.
When i check it another site like http://www.travel***.com/faq/ then it says my parcel it stuck since 20th of March. Please help me to understand the problem please.

My Tracking code is : RJ342704176CN

http://track-chinapost.com/input_uae.php shows the parcel is in dubai. you should contact U.A.E post asap.

ask your client google u.a.e post dubai office phone number and contact them immediately. I believe the parcel address should have some problem, i.e. no p.o.box number. U.A.E post will reject parcel which has no po box number.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was actually shipped on jan 8. now is rush season, you need wait about 4 to 6 weeks to get the goods.
