RI657443577CN can you tell me if this is a valid tracking number please, last email received 20th October to say with China Post but when I try to track it says not recognised and contact seller, seller is not responding

Can you tell me where the parcel is? I get an incorrect number, contact seller message!!

Sorry about that, the China Post tracking database seems to be having some problems right now. The last few tracking entries for your item are...

2015-10-21 23:29 上海浦东, 离开
2015-10-21 23:29 上海浦东, 离开交航
2015-10-21 23:16 上海浦东, 到达

Your parcel departed Shanghai on 21-Oct. It can't be scanned while it's enroute to the UK, so tracking won't be updated again until Royal Mail receives and scans the item. I would expect that to happen by the end of next week.
