Post Urumuki the city of nowhere !!!

I have 2 orders here RI142810599CN and RD008042854CN , both left from Urumuki . I realy don't know where this city is but it take far too long to arrive . Is any problem with this city , the post doen't arrive there? or is a problem with my orders?

Urumuqi is experiencing very strict security check because of the terrorist attack in the area. many parcels were rejected for no reason.
