Post URGENT!!! Where is my package?

Hello.

I have opened a dispute after I have received a horrible pair of boots from one seller on Aliexpress.

I shipped the boots back on January 10th, and the tracking number is RR203549769RS. The 60 days are almost there, and I still do not have an information on where the package is. When I check it here, on this web page, the last information I have is that the package was at the Import Security Scan in Fuzhou on January 26.

I somehow found another way to track it (http://www.t***.com/essential/postal-service/), and when I put the tracking number there, it says "Putian fenghuangshanPost Office Received" on January 30.

It is IMPOSSIBLE that the seller has not received the package for more than a month from its local post office. but I cannot find any information where it says that the seller received the package. And on Monday it will be two months since I have sent the boots, and I am scared that AliExpress will send the money to sellers account if I do not have enough evidence.

Please, help me and find the package, because the boots are 85 EUR worth, and I do not want to lose all that money. Not to mention I already gave 30 EUR just to ship the boots back. :(

Yes, I have read it, I saw it in some previous comments.

But, what am I supposed to do. The seller is refusing to answer my messages, you did not give me any additional information... So, how can I know where is the order. Some information on what the post did with it has to exist?

Also, here it does not say what happens with the order after the problem occurs. For example, for how long, in case it is an address,that does not exist, does it stay there before it is destroyed or sent back to the sender?

Unfortunately you can not know the exact status of your parcel. Even China Post does not know. the postman does not record those info into database. The only thing you can do is to open dispute and claim refund from seller. If seller does not response, escalate the dispute.

I did it. I opened the dispute before I send the boots back. And I have been escalating it few times by now. I cannot locate the parcel, and the seller keeps remaining silent.

So, what am I supposed to do?

How is it possible that China Post does not know where the package is? Who is going to be responsible for returning my 85 EUR?

Do you have any AliExpress mail, where I could write regarding this issue?

Hello. Is there any news for the tracking number

I cannot locate it, nobody can tell me where it is. How is that possible.

This is what I was told few days ago on China Post forum:

This parcel was sent from Serbia to China on January 10. It arrived in Fuzhou on Jan. 26 and was delivered to the receiver on Jan. 30. However, I got another information that this one was sent to Beijing. Where does the addressee live? If he/she is in Beijing, then please ask him/her to check it at the post office. Otherwise, I guess that there must be something wrong. Anyway, please contact the addressee first.

I do not understand :( And I just want my money back...
