parcel to Saudi has very high lost rate. If I were you who has not got the parcel over 2 months, I will open dispute to seller for refund.

I checked with seller he said its still in transit and I should wait till parcel arrive he (seller) extended 10 days more but the parcel still stuck at Guangzhou terminal, leave from 2015-09-05 19:57
its not moving please help...

you can wait one week, if you can not get it by next weekend, open dispute. The parcel status will stuck at its last china location(Guanzhou in your case) after it left China. You can not know new parcel outside-china location.
