Post Urgent Help Needed

Hi,

I need urgent help. Recently someone changed the address of shipping on my aliexpress app and I didn't know about this.

I have already informed three sellers but two of my orders were shipped today on the wrong address in united states while I am in Pakistan and also two orders were shipped 5 days ago.

Please reply me as to what I can do now to get them to be delivered to Pakistan. Two are registered parcels

1. Maybe the seller could call China Post 86 20 11185 and ask then to stop the parcel because there were a fraud into you account at Ali Express!

2. Have you advise Ali Express about this fraud.

One of my orders was shipped through hong Kong Post and the seller says that he can't help though the package was shipped yesterday. I tried calling Hong Kong Post but they keep saying the number is busy. Can you please what to do for this?

1. Here is the contact page of the Hong Kong Post, they must be a mean (telephone, Internet message) that you or the seller can contact to stop the parcel:

What about the unregistered parcels? The tracking number for these were as follows

I paid for the parcel with my own credit card. Aliexpress has said that I should wait for ten days and then open dispute. One seller was kind enough to help me. The other however is not listening. What is my parcel goes to USA?

1. If the parcel goes to USA nothing you can do.

2. Just follow what Ali Express told you to do, open dispute when you can, after 10 days the parcel was send through the mail.

3. Ali Express might be able to force the seller to do something about your parcel.
