lx564453665cn is on the way to Australia. no need worry at this moment. Now is rush season, please wait extra 10 to 15 days.

Post Cant track my documents, help please

I am expecting two important documents both sent on different days and I am panicking because I can not track them at all... no data comes up. The sending country has confirmed that the documents were indeed sent to China but its been so long now and I can't even track them. The sender has started investigation procedures.

Please help me to track them if possible.

china post does not have any record about these two documents. they have not arrived China yet.
