Post unsuccessful delivery, why?

Hey friends,
I have received a wrong model phone and I decided the full refund, so I sent it back to this address

RM 601 East Block of Huamei Building, No. 304 Sangda Industrial Park, Zhenhua Rd., Futian District, Shenzhen
Post Code: 518000

If I ask for my tracking number says that unsuccessful delivery on 5th December in this office 51803102. Do you know if this office is the correct for this address? I would like to know if the problem was this seller address or China post? Because the seller told me that he has his own branch and he hasn't received it.

I have told him to pick it up at this office and I am still waiting for his answer
