Post Unsuccessful delivery

Hi there,

I would like to ask regarding on the items that i ordered three months ago. I tracked the tracking number, but it says "Unsuccessful delivery". I sent a message to the seller and he keep on replying me to check on the local post office here in Saudi Arabia, but according to the mail office they have not received any items for me. Does it mean the items where sent back to china?

open dispute to paypal/aliexpress. as tracking result shows unsuccessful delivery, you can get refund very easily.
