Why the package I sent China shows the state " Unsuccessful delivery"

the parcel is in china post shenzhen office. ask receiver call 11185 and pickup the parcel.

you have to ask receiver call phone number 11185 and pickup the parcel from China Post asap. No other solution. Any other effort just waste your time.
