Hi!! Mi order number is RV949497452CN, it says "Force Majeure - item not delivered/Item returned to sender" . What can I do?? Can I call to any number in Bogota city??? Thanks

Colombia Post website shows the parcel arrived PO.MEDELLIN on July 17( Domicilio cerrado para la entrega por 1ra vez. !Intentaremos de nuevo¡).

You need contact your local Post office(4-72) for delivery detail.
