Hi,

My delivery is under RG874856344CN. To be delivered to Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. It shows on the update that it arrived at the delivery office in the city. There is also an advise to pick it up. I'm not sure where to look for it? The usual post office or another facility? I can drive there for the pickup if I need to.

the parcel is in UAE post office in Fujairah, you need go to that post office and pickup the parcel.
