Post Two months in Guangzhou?

This is absurd. It can't be normal. What's going on?
LA114570861CN is the tracking number. When can I just give up on this package and demand a refund? Normal delivery is 2 weeks. At the height of the pandemic, the slowest package took a little less than five weeks.
Please advise. Thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LA114570861CN was sent to transit on Aug 12. It is badly delayed.

I suggest you wait two more weeks, if you can not get it by Oct 20, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
