On 1 august I ordered a parcel tracking numberRS759746043CN but it still has not arrived. My understanding from the tracking number is this is registered air mail. Please help

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RS759746043CN left Aug 1st. you need wait 40 to 90 days to get it in South Africa.
