Post Trouble locating my package

I paid for a 9 day delivery service for my package from SOUTH-AFRICA to Changchun, China. I has been 12 days already and I still get the same BS answer from 1183 ( your package is en-route from Beijing to Changchun) for 3 days now on the way from Beijing....... How is it getting to Changchun, by camel?????????? My patience is running out! CN026256309ZA.... Can anyone give me some assistance on location my package??????

1. Last tracking I could find for your parcel is this:
2016-06-29 09:40
Beijing Exchange Bureau, import each other (internal transit)

2. I suspect when they said to you 9 days they meant 9 working days excluding the days the parcel was accepted and excluding time spent at the Customs Office.

3. If parcel is not scan then we can figure out were it is exactly. When it arrive in Changchun then it will be scan and go through Security and Customs check. I would not be surprise that it will arrive today since you are saying it is extra fast service.
