6. The first person to contact for inquiring about your parcel should be the seller. He his able to call China Post and ask where is the parcel. He is able to ask China Post to investigate about your parcel. He is the one that can if he want to call Spain Post to find out if the parcel is not in the Spain Post Inbound Warehouse but not scan yet.
