Hello, I have two tracks, RI516865343CN, RI469845246CN, and both are awaiting delivery in the United States for insufficient delivery address data, such as helping the two tracks are in USA since July

you should contact USPS, they are responsible for delivery. If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress, you should check shipping address in your buyer account , there might be some mistake .
