This being rush season in China, time taken for a package to reach India might get delayed further (usually 2 to 4 weeks is the time for a package to reach India but in peak season it can go even up to 8 weeks). Once the package has its status shown as leaving China it status goes to freeze mode (no one can tell where the package might be) till it reaches the destination country where the local officials has to update in their system about the package's status. To be on the safer side, ask your seller to extend the buyer protection by at least 2 more weeks if not more.

Tracking ID RF032728515CN is most likely lost in transit (Last status update was 4 months ago, showing leaving Beijing). I hope you already raised a dispute over it with the seller. Because, I don't think you will get it.
