http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows these 2 parcels were just sent to airline on Dec 6. They are waiting for flight space to USA. You probably need wait 2 to 4 weeks to get these items.

your seller did not use 4-7 days arrival service. You are ripped off. If this is an ebay/aliexpress order, you need open dispute and claim compensation.

And what does “processed through facility” mean

“processed through facility” means the parcels were just just been sent to China post sorting center. You have long time to wait.

You need claim compensation from seller for both orders as he didn't use fast service for you.

Still no update since 12/6 regarding both of my packages. Anyone able to see any updates or do I need to put in a dispute for both items
