My parcel number is RJ183859225CN. It's stuck at "Departure from outward office of exchange" status for more than a week now. Can anyone help me out on this?

status stuck within 2 to 4 weeks is normal. be patient.

RSNSCA is an airport code in Serbia(close to your city). You will get the parcel very soon.

Hi, my item has been stucked at "departure from outward office of exchange" from China to Australia on the 27th of October. It has been about 3 weeks going to 4 weeks and I still haven't received my item yet.
When will I get it? I don't think it'll take that long because it's just shoes.
So, can you please check when will I get it ? Thanks
