Can someone help me on the tracking as i am not understanding where is my packet dispatched on the 4/11?!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV511146036CN shows the parcel was rejected in Beijing customs. It was returned to original post office in Foshan on Dec 6. You won't get this item in future.

If this is an purchase from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, please open dispute to your marketplace and claim refund asap.
