http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY469435590CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Sep 28. There was a China National holiday during Oct 1 to Oct 8. Your parcel is a little bit delayed. You probably need to wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel in US.
