Hello,

I received an email on 6/5/19 stating my package has been shipped with the tracking number listed below. When I try to track the package it tells me there is no record. Will you please let me know what is going on with my order.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LT767699645CN has no shipping record . This means your seller did not ship you anything.

If you just got this number, you need push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not get tracking result in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

if you have get this tracking number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute against fraud immediately.
