Wait a few more days and track again if still nothing, then raise a dispute to your seller to ship your item immediately or u will claim your money back. The sellers will usually ship your item after getting your message.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows 69051953553 was shipped on Jun 17. You should get it in 30 to 90 days.
