Tracking # RS315571149CN can' t track this package after Dec. 28th. Where is it

1. When a parcel is On Route/In Transit you will not see any tracking.

2. Parcel to Canada Can take from 4 to 8 weeks to be deliver. Canada Post does not track anymore China Post Register Air Mail parcel.

3. This is what I found for you:
Tracking No. :RS315571149CN
Date / Time : 2016/12/28 - 09:36
Description :Tracking is not available for international registered mail items sent to Canada.
Service Type :International Inbound Registered
