Hello! I had this tracking number RI800302294CN and it says that the package is stuck on date 8.jan.2016.(on ebay tracking) and on china post tracking says that is stuck on 4.jan.2016. Btw,estimated delivery is between jan.7.-jan.28.2016. and it still not coming! Can you see where is the problem? Should i need to contact the seller for money back?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows it was rejected on Jan 1st in Guangzhou customs. you can not get it. open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for refund.
