Hello i tracked my parcel today RK830979755CN,
and is says "2017-09-27 17:37:02.0 shipping notice received from seller". Was just wondering why it has stayed at this status since 27th of sepremember , and if this is usual or been a problem ? Tnx

shipping notice received means your seller applied a tracking number from china post but never actually shipped anything. In other words, your seller is a cheater and you are scammed.
