Hi,

I have a package to be sent from China to Grand Cayman (tracking no. RO055017765CN). From the tracking system, it said it has arrived at Grand Cayman on May 25, 2016 with the last status "G CAYMAN APT arrive customs". But till now the parcel has not yet arrived at the shipping address. Would you please help to check what's happening? Thanks.

3. The parcel is out of the hand of China Post because it arrive to your country.
