We bought a TV Box from an eBay seller who issued us this tracking RI960107750CN and its status is shown below. The last shipment status was updated on 2016-06-25 17:00:35.0 (leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport). We checked the destination US postal site and it says the item is unavailable for this product for CHINA. We contacted the seller and responded on 7/16/16 with this message (Product has left China, are rushing to the United States, but did not log in the United States, the distance is blank, please be patient). Since then, the seller has ignored our inquiries w.r.t the shipment that we still have not received. We don't know if Guangzhou Airport is one of many airports in China that handles export items. If so, then the shipment should have arrived in the US the next day 6/26/16 (almost a month ago). Nevertheless, we still have not received the shipment as of this writing. Does anyone have any idea about this shipment?

1. According to the tracking your parcel has departed China for USA. Unfortunately USPS does not track registered parcel from China.

2. May I suggest you read this for USA:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

3. Also please make sure you still have buyer's protection for your parcel in case you have to open a dispute with the seller, if ever the parcel does not arrive.

4. I would not be surprise that your parcel has arrive in USA and it's at one of the Inbound Mail Entry in USA and has to be check by USA Customs Office.

That is good to hear our shipment has departed China for USA. We are hoping it has cleared the US custom and is on its way to our address. Thank you.

As of today, we still have not received the shipment. Anyway, eBay has informed us the seller is no longer a registered eBay user and fully refunded our money.
