Hi,
I had putting incomplete address (missing street number) during place an order and seller had ship the parcel. I would like to contact China Post Mail to correct the address error but cannot find any contact from webpage.

Could anyone please help?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows that the parcel has been shipped today. You can NOT change address after the parcel is shipped.

Hi Admin,

Thank you very much for your advise.
By the way, what will happen to the parcel since the address was incorrect? Is it will return to seller/sender? Or will it hold at destination post office for sometimes?

if the seller wrote returning address, the parcel will be returned to seller. otherwise it will be stuck your country's post office forever(maybe they will sell it to public).
