Hello . My tracking number is : RS441300059NL
The problem is that when i chek out the tracking information from the origin country (Netherland) i see that the item has arrived in the destination country but when i chek it out via my country Post (Morocco). I get that there is no information about that track number . Could please help me .

Morocco Post might not scan foreign parcel. It should be in your country now.

No it does . I get a lot of items from china and i had can track them . But this one i can not find any information in my country post

Hi China Post,

I orderd 2 packages from China to be delivered to Rep. of Ireland.

Both packages left Guangzhou Airport at 2016-02-10 15:10:49.0. I have received 1 of the packages last week on the 2016-02-16 (Tracking Number:RI851087158CN). I have not received the other package (Tracking Number: RI851093428CN).

Can you explain where the package location is? Tracking website has remained the same since the 2016-02-10 saying package had left Guangzhou Airport.

RI851093428CN should be outside china now and will arrive your country soon. You can not know exact location after parcel left china as none scan them anymore.

The problem is that when i chek out the tracking information its showing only Electronic inforamtion Recevied from last 7 days. any one ples help me to trace my track.

your seller only applied a tracking number from china post, but did not actually ship the goods yet.
