Hello,

After having problem with my order for a month now (order sent, stuck in customs, then returned to sender), my order has now been re-sent with
tracking number EA117551637CN

How ever the status has remained unchanged for several days now

2016-02-26 19:53:00 Posting

Your item was collected( ) at 2016-02-26 19:53:00

Anyone know why that is happening?
Is there any problem with the order again?
I ordered the item with express shipment a month ago as I said before and as you can understand I have gotten anxious ant tired of all this mess

you should contact your seller and ask compensation for non arrival parcel.

I know ......I had a looooong talk all this time with my seller.
Anyway they re-sent it so I will be a little more patient.
Can you inform me regarding the ems service if there is a problem or the site has not been updated?

normally EMS should arrive in 2 weeks. If over 2 weeks and you have not got the goods, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress.
