Post tracking number valid ?

hello
I'd like to know if the following tracking number is valid ( RS718574180CN ).
The seller assumes it's the right number but I have doubt because I don't find it on China Post website.
Does anyone can check it ?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid. If you just got this number from seller, please wait one week and track again.

Thanks for your quick reply
in fact the seller gave me that tracking number on july the 9th ( last sunday ). When I said the seller the number was not recorded on China Post website he replied me to wait ( it was last tuesday ).
4 days later "nothing on the screen".
As tomorrow is the last day to leave an evaluation on aliexpress, I was wondering if the track number was a fake or the right one.

I have another question about this tracking number. is it possible to know the country destination of the parcel ? As anybody can uses that number, I 'd like to know if the given number is mine or the one of someone else.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was just shipped yesterday. Destination country is Belgium.
