I would appreciate to know where my parcel is (exact location please)? Day 32 in transit and tracking number UJ703189548CN not updated since 2 November 2020.

Surely my item should have arrived in New Zealand by now, seller not providing me much feedback as all they are saying on 17 November 2020 is that my item is between origin and destination country (for weeks???) and i must wait because they have pushed the courier (i have never heard of 'push the courier' and neither has New Zealand Post) , this does not explain anything to me as my tracking number is still not updating regardless and my item still not arrived in over a month?

I have confirmed with New Zealand Post and they are confused and perplexed as to what is transpiring, New Zealand Post have informed me that my item should definitely have arrived in New Zealand last week by the latest, New Zealand Post has also informed me to open a dispute as they fully believe i have been conned.

At this stage i would appreciate the exact location of my item please, it has to be somewhere after 32 days in transit? Also, is tracking number UJ703189548CN legit or fake?

Please kindly provide me your thoughts, thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UJ703189548CN shows the parcel was given to New Zealand airline on Nov 2.

Such U***CN is called china post ordinary small parcel. It is an economical class mail. After China Post gives it to airline, you will not see any update in future(NZ post will not scan such parcel even if it arrives NZ). So the status in Nov 2 is the last status about this parcel.

After parcel is given to airline, it will wait 4 to 8 weeks to get flight space to NZ. If you can not get it by end of the year, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
