What's my status of this tracking number RC219440251HK. I still can't track my goods with this tracking number, pls I need help

RC219440251HK is invalid number. you seller did not ship the goods yet.

Is something strange with my tracking number RF096025797CN seller gave me - it still shows only "Eletronic Data Received", no new updates at all.Can you help me please?

your seller only applied a tracking number electronically from China Post ,but he did not actually shipped anything to you.
