Hello,

Please help me with my parcel CO983853613RO. It's got the same status since 20.02.2017 "2017-02-20 13:34:48.0 投递南油 attempt delivery". What does that mean? because the GEARBEST, which is the destination parcel, haven't received any notification that my parcel has arrived.

the parcel arrived China Post 投递南油 branch on Feb 20. It seems they tried to make delivery but no result. the receiver might be not available or address is not correct.

You can go to 投递南油 and pickup the parcel.

Hello,

In final the status change to "delivered" but GEARBEST claim that they don't received my parcel.

Where is the truth?

if you return the product for refund, you can get the money with "delivery" result.

If your seller did not get the goods, ask him go to China Post 投递南油 branch to inquiry delivery detail. maybe someone in that address received the parcel for him. he can also call china post 11185 hotline for delivery information.
