Hello from UK! I am the sender of this parcel, it was sent on 22 December. Your tracking result shows it has been delivered but the recipient tells me he has not received it. He has approached you for help but you told him I need to contact you to get a copy of the signature for when it was delivered. Can you help please?

not sure what are you talking about. the parcel was delivered by china post office in 大山子. You can ask recipient go that office and inquiry delivery detail.

He says he has not received the parcel, even though the tracking shows it has arrived. China Post told him they can only provide a copy of the signature to me, not to him. I just need a copy of the signature so I can investigate what has happened to the parcel.

you can not ask copy of signature here. you should file an investigation from your original post office in UK. but this procedure is really slow. the best way to get the parcel is ask recipient go to china post office and pickup the parcel.

If you send the parcel for a refund or payment from ebay/aliexpress. that online tracking result can help you win dispute and get money. no need signature.
