hi the seller has shipped the item but when i track the number its showing the same from past 15 days does not refresh, i want to know the exact status

many parcels from Beijing to India are all stuck in KOLKATA customs. their processing time is very long and all depends on the government officer. i believe you need to wait another 2 to 4 weeks.
