The tracking for my package hasn't been updated in two weeks. It was at "despatch from sorting center" on January 16 2015 and it hasn't changed since then. Could someone help me with that? The number is EA134809801CN.

EA134809801CN should be delayed in beijing. wait one more week, it will have new status.

status no updating within 2 to 4 weeks is quite normal. you need some patient.
