Im am anxiously waiting for my parcel delivery. My order was placed on the 27th April 2019 and was shipped on the 29th April. Tracking states ‘Planned Transportation by Airline. Tracking has not changed in 6 weeks and still have not received my parcel. Please advise me as to where it is and when i will receive it.

UI275411671CN was shipped on April 29 from China to Australia.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 8 weeks to reach your country.

Thanks its been 8 weeks and still no delivery yet. Can you tell me where it is or if its even in Australia yet?

as I mentioned before, you can not know such cheap parcel arrived Australia or not. As now 8 weeks has passed, the only thing you can do is to open dispute to ebay/aliexpress/amazon for refund.
