Post Tracking no. RJ174301442CN. Please help

My tracking no is RJ174301442CN. It has been last updated on 29th August, 2014 stating that my parcel is sent to airline. Since then there is no update. I even called up the Indian Post helpline, they also informed me that my parcel was last tracked in China. They suggested me to lodge a complaint with the seller.
Kindly help.

there is some airline shortage in beijing. you need to wait another 2 weeks.
