I think your parcel was rejected by China Post.
This info is from Spain Post:
Shipment Tracking

Mailing code: RF069217355ES
Dates Statuses
25/01/2016 Accepted
28/01/2016 Dispatch from the point of origin international office
01/02/2016 Delivery to the destination international office
05/02/2016 Retained at Customs

If I'm not mistaken they are sending back your parcel to Spain.
Maybe you could verify with Spain Post Office.
